Database Manager

Do you have a strong eye for detail and find working with numbers and Excel to be fun? Then this job is for you!

Conception Abbey & Seminary College has an opening in the Development Office for a Database Manager. This full-time position with benefits is responsible for the accurate and timely recording and acknowledgment of Conception’s constituent data and donations using The Raiser’s Edge (RE) software and creating deposit information for the Business Office. This position will also be responsible for the overall health and maintenance of the database and list and report exports.         

This position works closely with the Development (fundraising) and Business offices and requires strong attention to detail. Experience in RE or similar software is preferred but not required. Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft office products, is a must.

Infirmary Staff - Nightshift Aide

The infirmary at Conception Abbey is hiring for a full time and a part time nightshift aide or LPN.

Must be a team player that is able to work well with others. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, long-term disability, paid leave for a death in the family, Social Security (FICA) with matching contribution, worker’s compensation, and competitive wages. Employees also have free access to the JPII fitness Center and the Abbey library.
